Systems-Success is a venture from Goodrich Digital Solutions, part of a network of businesses that are process-driven successes–all powered by JAZ.
We have developed a business digital architecture that works at a high level by unifying important systems like website connectivity, phone and text, lead management, social and email marketing. Yet, every business has custom needs that are simple to accommodate with the vast features and easy-to-use interface within the JAZ platform. These custom needs includes local reputation management, lead nurturing, ecommerce stores, course and training management, and much more!
We are headquartered at the Greater Binghamton Airport in the Southern Tier of New York, and our services are available locally, and nationally as our JAZ platform will work with a browser and an internet connection. The only download is a useful mobile app to conduct your critical business services on the go, including making and receiving calls, managing leads and conversations on multiple platforms, and even invoicing and payment.

Doug has been a successful entrepreneur for nearly 30 years. He's managed regional airports, built a revered flight school, and custom build shop for experimental aircraft.
Doug started his career in the famously process-driven world of fast food, and has always stuck to the notion that a great business is not only made up of great people, but great systems that help you get more done.
Mike Whittemore
Director of Marketing
Mike has been a communication professional for more than 20 years. He developed a foundation of compelling storytelling in journalism before moving on to marketing as a content leader and a systems development specialist.
Mike believes in a strong story brand backed by the tools to reach a desired audience, and has worked with a number of companies to help achieve these goals, including Lowe's, Serta-Simmons, Daikin, RectorSeal, and 3M.
